How do I submit stories?

Stories should be sent as a Word (or equivalent) document as an attachment to an email to support@moonestic.com. Please see Submission Guidelines for more details.

Can I submit more than one story?

You can submit multiple stories as separate attachments. If we accept more than one, their publication will probably be spread out to give other authors a chance for exposure.

Do you charge any fees?

Everything we do is free. However, you can help us cover costs by:

  • Making a small donation using the Donation form at the bottom of this page.
  • Linking to your story (if you are a writer) or sharing stories you like (if you are a reader).
  • Using the blue buttons at the bottom of each story to share them.
  • Clicking on one of our ads if something interests you.
  • Spreading the word about our site.

Will you tell me if my story is accepted?

If we accept your story for publication, we will contact you. Unfortunately, we receive far too many submissions to be able to contact every author whose material we do not accept.

How long does the decision to publish take?

Typically, we decide within two weeks. Occasionally, a high number of submissions may create a backlog, but we try to minimize delays.
